That's right folks if you and your bff want your kids to marry then why not do it now? All it takes is a trip to Arkansas and a parental consent. Nice. So this week the law was finally corrected and the minimum age of 18 was reinstated. Bummer I had some huge aspirations for Titus and a couple lovely toddlers I know.
